# Refund policy

Last updated 17 October 2026. Payments for NUR AI are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, which issues refunds to the original payment method.

## Free trial

A plan with a free trial is not charged until the trial ends. Cancel during the trial and you pay nothing.

## 14-day refund

If NUR AI is not right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of a payment and you will get the whole payment back, for a first payment and for a yearly renewal. Monthly renewals after the first payment are not refunded; cancel any time and the plan runs to the end of the month already paid for.

## How to ask

Write to [contact@discovernur.com](mailto:contact@discovernur.com) from the email address on the account, or reply to your Paddle receipt, or use [paddle.net](https://paddle.net) to find your order. Refunds are usually back on your card within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
