These terms cover NUR AI's website (discovernur.com) and its app, Periscope (periscope.discovernur.com), run by NUR AI ("NUR AI", "we"). By creating an account or buying a plan you agree to them. ## The service NUR AI measures how AI assistants (such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity and Google's AI Overviews) answer questions in your market: whether they name your brand, who they name instead, which websites they cite and what they say. It also checks how AI systems read your website, and suggests and measures work to improve both. The answers are produced by third-party AI services; we report what they said, we do not control them, and we do not promise any change in how they answer. ## Accounts and workspaces You need an account to use Periscope. A workspace belongs to the organisation that created it; its owners decide who else may open it. You are responsible for the people you add and for keeping access to your email address, which is how you sign in. ## Plans and credits - A plan is for one workspace. The Pro plan covers one brand, which is one website domain. - Each plan gives a monthly allowance of credits. One credit is one answer: one question asked to one AI engine once. Regular tracking, custom runs and agent journeys use credits as the app shows before you start them. - Credits renew with each month of the plan and do not carry over. During a free trial, the workspace gets the trial's share of a month's credits. ## Payment Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Prices are shown before you buy; taxes are added where they apply. Plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. If a plan includes a free trial, you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. We will tell you at least 30 days before a price change applies to your plan. ## Cancelling An owner of the workspace can cancel at any time in Periscope, under Billing. The plan then runs to the end of the period already paid for, and is not renewed. Refunds are covered by our [refund policy](https://discovernur.com/refund-policy/). ## Acceptable use Do not use NUR AI to break the law, to infringe others' rights, to track a brand or website you have no legitimate interest in, to send harmful instructions to AI systems or to websites, or to overload, probe or get around the limits of our service. We may suspend a workspace that does, and will tell you why. ## Your content and data What you put into NUR AI (your brand details, questions, competitors, texts) stays yours. You give us the right to use it to run the service for you. How we handle personal information is described in our [privacy notice](https://discovernur.com/privacy/). ## Our service and its limits The service, its software and its reports are ours. We work to keep it available and accurate, but it is provided as it is: AI services change their answers and can be wrong, and measurements over many answers are estimates, not guarantees. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit damages. ## Ending the service You may stop using NUR AI at any time. We may end a workspace for a serious breach of these terms, or end the service with at least 30 days' notice, refunding any period paid for and not used. ## Changes We may update these terms.
